Abdullah, Algerian PM discuss ties (Wam) / 30 May 2013 UAE Foreign Minister Shaikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan met with Algerian Prime Minister Abdelmalek Sellal here on Wednesday and discussed bilateral relations and regional and international issues, including the Syrian crisis. Shaikh Abdullah conveyed the greetings of the President, His Highness Shaikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan; His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, and General Shaikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, to the Algerian prime minister. Shaikh Abdullah stressed the importance of strengthening relations between the UAE and Algeria and the keenness of the leaderships of the two countries to expand and deepen bilateral cooperation channels. He wished Algeria and its people further progress and prosper ity. On his part, Sellal expressed his best wishes for the UAE’s further progress and prosperity. He praised the bilateral relations and cooperation in development projects in many areas. Earlier, Shaikh Abdullah arrived at Houari Boumediene International Airport where he was received by Sellal and a number of senior Algerian officials. Taylor Scott International
