President, VP greet Colombia, Belgium heads (Wam) / 19 July 2013 The President, His Highness Shaikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, has sent congratulatory cables to King Albert II of Belgium on the occasion of his country’s National Day and Juan Manuel Santos, President of the Republic of Colombia, on the anniversary of his country’s Independence Day. His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, has sent similar cables to the Belgian king and Colombian president.
