TSI Kenya is currently looking to procure plots of Kenyan farm land that are from 50-200 Acres for its clients.
1) Land must be fully arable “farmable”.
2) Land must have annual rainfall of over 1000 mm (1500 mm+ is preferable).
3) Annual temperatures must not fall under 7 degrees.
4) Land must have clear title and no more than 2 owners and must be unencumbered.
5) Ample water on site via bore hole or stream.
6) easy access with paved tarmac no more than 10k away.
7) Non-Flood Zone.
8) Electricity access preferable, but not required.
9) Under 150,000 KES Per acre.
